The Second Bedroom Is Always Warmer

I went to visit my mother this past weekend and it was entirely relaxing; My partner and I drove 3 hours north to his home with our baby boy, and my pal and I had entirely nothing planned, and it was a beautiful feeling to get away separate from the hustle and bustle of our normal life, and while my pal and I were visiting my mother, my pal and I stayed in the designated guest dining room on the lower level while our kid slept in the office on the second floor inside his pack-and-play.

My associate and I used to keep his in the same room with us, however my pal and I find that the guest dining room gets entirely hot… No matter what my pal and I set the temperature control to, the guest dining room is always significantly warmer than all the other areas of the house, then there’s a single air vent in the room, and it feels like the cool air is never pumping into the room.

My mother doesn’t understand why that room is always warmer either, but he assumes it’s because the doors are entirely insulated, then like almost everyone, my pal and I sleep with the door closed, so there’s no air coming in through the hallway. The only hope my pal and I have for air is through the single air vent, which never seems to be working, but our kid doesn’t sleep well in hot spaces, so it wasn’t ideal for us to keep his in the guest dining room with us. The office is upstairs, which is it’s own separate Heating, Ventilation, and A/C zone. My associate and I can set the temperature control to the perfect temperature and it’s consistent throughout all the rooms, unlike the guest dining room downstairs.
