One of the best things about the HVAC company I use is their 24 hour service. When they first told me about their availability at all hours, I thought they were lying. In my mind, there was no way that an HVAC professional would be working at 2am in the morning. It wasn’t until my AC went out after business hours one evening that I was forced to try the emergency line. I dialed the number and was shocked when I heard an actual person on the other line. I told them about my broken AC system and the receptionist told me that they could have someone at my door within 2 hours. I was shocked for several reasons. The first was that it was late and someone was willing to come to my house and fix my AC system during my time of need. The second thing that shocked me was that it was going to take 2 hours for someone to get to my house. This meant that either someone was traveling a great distance or they were busy going to other people’s houses in the middle of the night too. Both of these thoughts were confusing, but I was happy someone was coming to fix my AC. I never thought that I’d need to use the emergency HVAC line during the middle of the night, but I’m so glad that an HVAC professional was able to help me during my time of need. My AC was up and running before midnight!
