One of the best things about the Heating & A/C supplier I use is their 24 hour service.
When they first told me about their availability at all hours, I thought they were lying.
In my mind, there was no way that an Heating & A/C professional would be laboring at 2am in the morning. It wasn’t until my AC went out after corporation hours one night that I was forced to try the emergency line. I dialed the number plus was shocked when I heard an actual woman on the other line. I told them about my broken AC system plus the receptionist told me that they could have someone at my door within 2 hours. I was shocked for various reasons. The first was that it was late plus someone was willing to come to my house plus repair my AC system during my time of need. The second thing that shocked me was that it was going to take 2 hours for someone to get to my house. This meant that either someone was traveling a good distance or they were busy going to other people’s houses in the middle of the night too! Both of these thoughts were confusing, but I was happy someone was coming to repair my AC. I never thought that I’d need to use the emergency Heating & A/C line during the middle of the night, however I’m so glad that an Heating & A/C professional was able to help me during my time of need, however my AC was up plus running before midnight!
