It wasn’t until I spoke with the last HVAC company that they told me about something that would change my life. They recommended that I join their yearly HVAC maintenance plan. It was one fee, but it covered two HVAC tune ups, 10% off repairs and parts, and free service calls. I didn’t know how well the previous owners had taken care of the HVAC system before they left, so the annual HVAC maintenance plan seemed like the best way for me to start off on a good foot.
