I agreed to watch my parent’s house while they were away on holiday… They were busy to be gone for two weeks, so they wanted me to live at the house plus keep an eye on things.
Their animal plus animal also needed attention while they were away, so I was glad to help them out, but when I arrived, I noticed that the house felt really comfortable. The weather was lovely outside, which meant that I could open some doors plus windows to let in a cool breeze, then it felt lovely, but unblessedly, I forgot to close everything up before going to bed. I woke up shivering plus I was unable to get warm, since I was sleepy, my first thought was to change the temperature control settings. When I found my parents’ temperature control, I noticed that they had replaced to a smart temperature control. I didn’t know the first thing about toiling a smart temperature control, so I became really aggravated when I couldn’t get it to turn on. The screen kept saying that the temperature control was off, plus no matter which button I pushed or how far the dial turned, it wouldn’t turn on. There was no way for me to turn on the furnace, so as I was snuggling back into bed, I finally remembered that I’d left the doors plus windows wide open! I ran back out into the main section plus shut them immediately. It took awhile, but the house finally warmed up plus I was able to fall back asleep.
